You can reach us at contact@5472foryou.com. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean 5472FORYOU LLC; "you" means the person or entity ordering our services.

We prepare Form 5472 together with the accompanying pro forma Form 1120 for foreign-owned US limited liability companies, based on the information and documents you provide. Where the filing is late and the facts you give us support it, we also prepare a reasonable cause statement at no additional charge.

Form 5472 is an information return, not an income tax return. It is submitted to the IRS via online fax. We are not the IRS, we are not affiliated with, certified, approved or endorsed by the IRS, and we cannot control how or when the IRS processes a submission.

Advice we give within an engagement applies only to your specific circumstances as you describe them.

You are responsible for providing complete, accurate and truthful information and documents, and for telling us promptly if anything changes. You confirm that you are authorised to act for the LLC and its owner. The information you submit is used as given; we do not audit it and we do not independently verify third-party documents.

We may decline or stop work if the information is incomplete, appears inaccurate, or if we are asked to include statements that are not supported by the facts.

You create an account, complete the questionnaire and upload the required documents. We then prepare your filing. There is no upfront payment: payment becomes due once preparation is complete. After payment you review the prepared Form 5472 and review and electronically sign the pro forma Form 1120. Only then do we submit the filing to the IRS and make the completed documents and the submission confirmation available in your account.

A binding agreement arises when we accept your order and begin preparation. Only one filing per tax year can be submitted per LLC through your account.

Our published prices are $199 for the Standard package and $299 for the Expert package, in US dollars. The price shown at the time of your order applies. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.

Preparation of a reasonable cause statement, where applicable, is included at no additional charge. Any government fees or penalties assessed by the IRS are separate and are your responsibility.

You may cancel at any time before payment at no cost. After payment, if we have not yet submitted your filing to the IRS and no substantial work has been performed for you, contact us and we will refund the amount paid. Once the filing has been submitted to the IRS, the service has been delivered and the fee is non-refundable.

If we are unable to complete your filing for reasons within our control, we refund what you paid for that filing.

Filing deadlines are set by the IRS. We work to submit on time when you provide the required information and documents in good time, but we cannot guarantee a particular submission date if information is outstanding. We do not promise that the IRS will accept a reasonable cause explanation or waive any penalty; that decision rests with the IRS.

Prepared documents become available in your account after payment. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for downloading and retaining copies of your documents for your own records.

We treat the information and documents you provide as confidential and use them only to deliver the service, to communicate with you about it, and where required by law. Please do not send sensitive identifiers through the public contact form; use your secure account instead.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid us for the filing concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for penalties, interest or other consequences arising from information you provided that was incomplete or inaccurate, or from delays in providing it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
